Oh my gosh...what an email to get. It's satisfying to get a follow-up to Aimee's story. Even though there was so much heartache for Robin, it's wonderful that your series on Substack helped fill in the gaps.
Yeah, although I like to think my research has provided Robin with some much-needed answers and clarity, as well. It’s a complicated and twisted story, and sometimes having fresh, outside eyes helps. At least that’s my hope.
WOWZA. How wonderful to have been found by Robin and what a great epilogue to this family saga. Thoroughly enjoyed this update to the story of Aimee Henry.
It just goes to show that we should tell the stories, even when there are still significant gaps in them because there is always a chance that someone who knows something to fill the gaps, or to provide a deeper understanding about the people in the story, will see it and get in touch. Fabulous that this happened to you and that we all got to read more about Aimee. And in this age of spam and scam so fortunate that you responded to that first cryptic message from Robin.
What an exciting experience for you! I loved reading about Aimee again.
Thanks, @Melissa and I’m so happy you’re here!

What a great coda to this fascinating story!

Thanks, Jill! Definitely unexpected how it happened and the relationship that’s evolved because of it.
These surprises are the unanticipated rewards for all your good efforts.
😊
